Local Property Partners LLC buys houses directly from homeowners in Indianapolis, Kansas City, Columbus, Toledo, Memphis, Jacksonville and Port St. Lucie.

We work with people whose house doesn't fit the usual listing process: inherited homes, houses that need major repairs, rentals with tenants, and properties that have been sitting empty. We buy them as they are, so the owner doesn't have to fix, clean or show anything.

We're a buyer, not a real estate agent or brokerage, and we don't charge sellers fees or commissions. Some purchases we complete on our own; others we complete with a partner investor in the area. If that's the plan for your house, we'll say so before you sign.
