Program: Local Property Partners LLC sends text messages to property owners who have asked us for an offer or agreed to be contacted by text, about their property, our offer, scheduling and closing.

How you opt in: by checking the text-message consent box on our website, or by telling us on a call that we may text you. Consent is not a condition of selling your property.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. To opt back in, reply START.
